Gray’s totalhealth Pharmacy is an Irish independently owned community Pharmacy in Castletroy, Limerick. Gray’s is a business built on trust and a caring concern for all patients, customers, neighbours and friends. The pharmacy, which is part of the totalhealth Pharmacy group, has been serving the health needs of the local community since 1997.
We worked with Gray’s Pharmacy under the Enterprise Ireland Online Retail scheme. The work involved the development of a digital strategy, implementation of a new eCommerce platform, integration with their business systems and execution of a digital marketing program. Within the scope of the project Gray’s went from having no eCommerce capability to have a full digital solution within the business.
