In 2021 Cork Simon celebrated their 50th anniversary year. ePresence Digital Marketing were delighted to work with Cork Simon Community on their Annual Report for this landmark anniversary. While highlighting the figures behind homelessness was important, Cork Simon wanted to showcase the real people behind the numbers in this report and we are delighted with the final result.
We also collaborated with Cork Simon Community to oversee their social media presence. Every week, we crafted five engaging posts and held monthly check-ins to plan content and review performance metrics from the previous month.
To ensure the client’s satisfaction, we used a project management system to share content in advance and receive approval.
Our primary goal was to humanize homelessness and highlight the individuals behind the issue, rather than solely focusing on statistics.
We worked with Cork Simon on their campaign called “50 Faces of Cork Simon,” featuring a different video each week for 50 weeks. The videos showcased volunteers, service users, and employees of Cork Simon, celebrating their contributions to the organization’s 50-year history.
We were responsible for creating text content to complement the videos and running targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to increase engagement and awareness.
Our efforts were recognized at the 2022 Cork Digital Marketing Awards, where Cork Simon Community won Best Social Media Campaign for the “50 Faces of Cork Simon” campaign.
