Senior Digital Account Manager
ePresence Digital Marketing is a customer-focused digital marketing agency, headquartered in Cork. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager. The successful candidate will have responsibility for developing and implementing digital marketing plans for a portfolio of clients, providing services that include Conversion Optimisation, Search Engine Optimisation, Paid Search Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing and Analytics. This is a remote working role, but there will be occasional requirements to travel for face-to-face team and/or client meetings.

Responsibilities
- Development and presentation of proposals to new clients/prospects.
- Regular interaction with current and new clients to understand their business requirements.
- Develop and agree digital marketing strategies, with clear timelines and targets.
- Development and implementation of digital marketing plans/campaigns which could include
- Website Design/Layout/Conversion Improvement
- Content Marketing
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Paid Search Marketing/Pay Per Click
- Email Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Regular review of analytics data, providing reports and recommendations to the client.
Requirements
This position requires a strong candidate who
- is passionate about digital marketing
- is self-motivated and capable of working independently
- is customer-focused, with a strong work ethic to deliver results
- has strong communication skills
Applicants for the position should have
- a bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or a similar qualification in a related field.
- a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- experience in digital marketing support and customer reporting.
- proven experience in implementing broad, results-focused digital marketing campaigns.
- demonstrable Problem Solving skills.
- Google Certification would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
